"Mid South started the process out right! They called to schedule measurements and actually arrived on time unlike so many companies nowadays. They contacted me several times to confirm things were exactly what I wanted and when everything arrived it was PERFECT! All things were exactly what I wanted and expected! No surprises! The windows were all absolutely correct, even though we only had 25 windows, some with wood interior and some just white, our order was quite complicated and included a patio door…where a window use to be…a bay and bow window, 3 entry doors, screen door, not to mention all the siding/soffit. So there was a lot to it!! The installers for the siding arrived first. I must say they were VERY professional and PERFECTIONISTS to say the least. They did a wonderful job and were very nice to my wife who had taken the time off work to be at the house to answer any questions they might have. They did a very fine job of the aluminum trim around the exterior of the windows and the wood trim on the interior, the miters are perfect all I had to do was a bit of sanding and staining/painting after they left on the trim and the windows and doors were done!   The siding guys were great too and FAST! The gutter guys       “I have done business with a few other local distributors in recent years. However, none were able to match the quality, price and most importantly the customer service I have received at Mid South. It starts with my sales representative and continues through the front desk to the warehouse guys. I have found a home with Mid South."
